Custom Water Feature On Retaining Wall By WaterfallNow

September 22, 2014
A client in our local area contacted us to help build a water feature for their new home. The house was nearly complete and they already had plans for a water feature. They reached out to us last minute to give them a quote before going with their landscaping company. We were able to work with the custom home builders on this one to make a custom water feature that cascades down a retaining wall.

We worked out an acceptable budget range and proceeded to try out a new project that we haven't tried before. Normally we would use our stainless steel LED lighted spillways but the client requested a more natural look for the falling water. We decided to use our artificial rocks and shape them as best we could to create the waterfall effect. We blended the artificial rocks to match the color of the retaining wall blocks and create an almost natural design. Note that these are not real stones. There is almost no maintenance required for this water feature.

This took a few days to put up and gets a lot of peoples attention as they drive by each day. Do you want to learn our method for creating artificial rocks that can look better than the real thing?
