The fp - TV combo really seems to work

I have been struggling with placing tv over fp, but your option seems to work nicely. Would you please share the dimensions of the fp and the TV? Thank you so much!

Hello!

The TV is a Panasonic TC-P54Z1. I'm not quite sure about the exact height of it or the fireplace, however it is important and interesting to note that the TV's position in this room is not fixed. We mounted it to Future Automation's EAD unit ( http://www.futureautomation.co.uk/Product/Details/EAD), which drops the TV's bottom to about the top lip of the fireplace - a very ergonomic position for viewing. It then retracts into the position shown in this picture, which itself is not outrageously high to begin with.

With a little bit of thought and planning, TVs over fireplaces can be executed rather well, where no alternate options exist such as in this project.
