This was a custom designed & built house. The lower level of that Wing was designed as a Conservatory/Living space. The Right side of the house faces South. The upper level is a Master Study down the hall from the Master Bedroom. The room was designed to be 21' left to right and 24' deep. The ceilings vary... but were planned to be approximately 10' on the first floor and 9' on the second floor. This was a collaborative project with New Canaan's incredibly talented architectural designer, Judith Larson! This was Judy's project and we worked together on the overall Floor Plan and the Exterior Architectural Expression. I prepared the basic construction drawings, however, all of the interior design was done by Judith Larson. It was built by Bill Gardiner.
