We bought a new home in a historic preservation overlay zone in Los Angeles, and there's a massive (known) termite problem. We need to replace several of the rotting windows and french doors in the exact style they were originally created, but don't know where to start or what pricing is good. Any leads on wholesale mid-priced quality windows, timing to create and what to ask / expect when purchasing? I have a pass through to purchase from a contractor but want to do my own research too. THANKS IN ADVANCE!!
