Hello.... I love this house! I have a question.... What kind of wall finish does this house have? I am building my house now and I need to decide if I want smooth walls or stucco inside of our house.... we do have small kids and my husband thinks it will get very destroyed by them if we go with smooth walls... could you give us your precious opinion?

Hi there. The walls in this house are painted in an eggshell finish, the color is Elmira White by Benjamin Moore. The skim coat on the drywall is smooth for the most part, but has a very slight texture that suits the Spanish architecture.
