If you can wait a couple months, I have Attraction, Bi-Color, Black Night, Pink Delight, Royal Red, White Profussion, Nanho Purple, and Honeycomb. My butterfly bushes are still at ground level for the year. I cut them down every year. I wouldn't suggest Honeycomb for your zone though and you may have to check on the rest. I do not know which ones are hardy to zone 4, I just know Honeycomb is boarderline in my zone. I do not need any more butterfly bushes though and I have no idea how to make butterfly cush cuttings.

Wow! That's awesome! Do you see anything on my list that you'd want in return? Butterfly Bushes are very easy to root. Just take cuttings that are semi-hardwood (those that have blooms that have just started opening) and are about 3 to 6 inches long, dip them in a rooting hormone, and root in sand. You can put the sand in a ziplock bag and put them under lights or out in the sun. They root in a couple weeks and can be planted then.

I do love roses and you seem to have some pretty amazing ones on your trade list, though I am horrible about rooting cuttings of roses. Hopefully I can do better with butterfly bushes. I hope that they all take off pretty soon, they have had a pretty hard start. March was very warm followed by some very hard freezes in April. They budded and got froze and are now just starting to rebud. So schedule a trade for aroung June?

June would be perfect, although if we wait until July I could root the rose cuttings for you. What I do for shipping cuttings, rooted or not, is to put them in a small styrofoam cooler box with a freezer pack. I've lost a lot of cuttings in the mail because they got hot.

Let me know what roses you want, and I'll start working on them as soon as they start growing.
