There is no such thing as peppermint seeds. Peppermint is a hybrid and any seeds you get will revert to the parent plants (most likely spearmint). In order to get a true peppermint plant it must be a cutting/rooting of a peppermint plant otherwise it will not be peppermint.

I have tons of spearmint if you are interested in rooted plants. I also have a small rooting of a chocolate mint (smells just like the andean chocolate mints - taste the same as well). If you are interested I would trade with you for your Gingko Biloba cuttings (preferably rooted). Let me know via email if you are interested.
