My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Want Hollyhock, Sweet Pea, Delphinium, Lily

Looking for several varieties each of Double Perennial Hollyhocks, Bush Sweet Peas, Blue Delphiniums, named or Species Lilies (especially turks caps & OT hybrids), other easy to grow blue flowers for shade. Would like to trade for at least 4 or 5 items. Have Pacific Coast Native Iris seeds, Named Daylily seeds, Columbine, many varieties, Penstemons. Also have the following plants that I can trade for a really good trade: Crocosmia aurea - Orange, Daylilies, Geranium macrorrhizum, Persicaria amplexicaulis �Atrosanguinea"
