I'm thinking about adding fennel and green onions to my list of fall vegetables this year. Still need to do some research on challenges of growing fennel in Georgia though. Otherwise, we will plant the usual suspects: kale, spinach, mustard greens and broccoli. Maybe some Pak Choi. We still have swiss chard growing strong now and I expect it to continue to produce through the fall. If not, I will plant more.

I am planning swiss chard, spinach, and pak choi. I bought several varieties of pak choi and look forward to that. Seedlings are going now. Kale is always going and thankfully in the winter months, no bugs. Green onions of course.

Onions, garlic, lettuce, spinach, cabbage, bok choy, greens, swiss chard, radish, carrots, kale and I already have tomatoes, squash and cucumbers tranplanted and well on their way. I like fall much better than spring......less chance of surprise freezes and if we do get one the plants are mature instead of struggling babies. You can just put on the row cover and things will probably be ok.

Sweet peas, Snow peas, Broccoli, Spinach, Carrots, Lettuces, Radish, Daikon. Basically everything I can't grow here in summer.
