Is the Spider in the pink pot, double potted? In other words, is there another pot inside the pink container?

If so, the pink pot has to go. When water, the outer pot, 'if it doesn't have drainage holes,' hold water..sitting water will cause leaves to yellow, then rot.

Thanks for the fast reply, No the plant is in it's own pot with a drainage hole at bottom maybe not enough water?

No, I don't think it's thirst, I'd suspect a drainage problem. I'd unpot it & check the roots, really the only way to know.
