pear tree has yellowing leaves looks very sad

I have a pear tree that I planted this spring and now many of the leaves are turning yellow then brown I think it might die if I can't find a way to help it or to put it another way for you to help me to help it because I don't know the first thing about growing fruit trees I have included a pic so you can see whats going on please help me save it

Research Pear Scab and Fabraea Leaf Spot. Examine your tree and see if one of these diseases may be what you have. Not knowing what type of pear tree, European or Asian, it is harder to decide what you may have.

bacteria spot? It is very hard to cure. There is plenty on the subject on this board, though.

Sometimes, the acari (mites), produces serious defoliation, or it would be , soil problems (overwatering?).
