Is this stack stone easy to maintain in a bathroom? How do you clean it? should you do all walls?

Yes this stone is suitable for a bathroom. Seal it once it's installed. You can clean it with a brush, it won't collect much dirt, I think it's more dust on the ledges that it collects.
The sealing will protect it from any thing that splatters on it.
    It's a beautiful look.

If I use the stack stone tiles on the bathroom walls with the glass mosaic tiles inside the shower area, would porcelein flooring look good on floor and inside shower floor?

Use a porcelain that matches the colors and it should coordinate the space. When we use stacked stone in bathrooms, we recommend to clean it using a soft brush and a stone cleaner or fabuloso.

Sorry but looking at this I can only imagine little dots of splashed toothpaste! Are you really going to want to tackle regular maintenance on your bathroom wall right up to the ceiling and down to the floor? It's a beautiful dramatic look, I agree, but I would never recommend it for a bathroom. I would imagine spiders too.... yech!

So what is the best tile to use in your shower, floors and walls? any suggestions. I'm redoing my entire bathroom and looking for ideas, it's a small room and doing stand up shower.

There are thousands of tiles to choose from. That is a very wide question. Your personal style, the architecture of your home, the layout of the room, and the budget are all information I would need to collect to give you options.

Do you use grouting for these tiles in a shower? I imagine not. But then how would you totally seal it considering there a little gaps between the pieces of slate?

I would never use this type of tile in a bathroom. Bathrooms are full of bacteria that won't care if those uneven surfaces are sealed or not. No one has time to clean that appropriately often enough to get rid of it all.

We have installed white-ish splitface in a shower before, and even with regular maintenance, it has not discolored or even grown mildew. The client still loves it and has no complaints about keeping it clean. of course, it is all about what YOU as the user will be comfortable with, so if you do not want to have texture in the shower, you can always use it elsewhere.

one of those wand "steam cleaners" would likely work too for sterilizing. i would never put behind a toilet & really as commented earlier, not really suitable for a toothpaste splatter zone either! Brush & when necessary a TSP cleaner would cut through pretty much anything. Vacuum or dust regularly
