I am going to be mowing 8-10 properties this summer. Typical sized yards for the midwest. I've hired them out last year I spent over $4,000 and the year before was around $6,000.

Any suggestions on what I need to buy? I have a really good trimmer, but need a lawn mower. Looking at spending $2,500-$4,000. Could spend higher if the price is justified.

Whats caught my eye so far are Zero Turn, and the comercial walk behind.

Totally new to this so am looking for any advice on brands, types, etc.
