Jeanne nailed it....you must've had a flood. How the heck can you create so many great totems THAT fast??? It is a challenge to pick a favorite...but that red glass 'birdfeeder' totem is sure gorgeous.

I made all nine in two days. Maybe I do something different. I stack and glue the pieces all at once. I don't have the patience to wait for each piece to set...the tall thin one is my favorite. I found Candle sticks and the mini vases on top at one yard sale Saturday Morning and had it put together as soon as I got home. If you want to see them close up click on the picture and I have singles of each close up in the album on Picasa. I must confess the red birdbath is simple clear glass that I have painted with glass paint. I wanted to try my hand at revers painting on glass. I am please with the results. I may have to make another painted one I have lots of clear glass but color sure makes a statement. When I started I was only gonna make one or two, Because I had no interuptions I just kept going! I wanted One of each color of the rainbow! LOL They will all be displayed in one Bed, held in with sand then Mulch. I also found Brand New White vinyl edgeing to use but I want to paint it first or at least wash it with some color. I am worried about Hurricane season. LOL Here are some pics of the bird bath.

Hahahaha!!!!! YOU are SO totally hooked!!! I love it! You seem to have the same totem addiction that I have....it's nice to have others here that "suffer" from the same addiction! I just love hunting for the glass, then experimenting until I have what I think is an eye pleasing arrangement. GREAT JOB!! You created a wonderful variety too! I'm sure they will look awesome in your yard!!

Those are fabulous!!! Love the painted clear glass. Really cool design on it. My fav is the skinny one in the third picture. It's totally "outside the box" for totems.

I am addicted, I just got back from the Sally Alley (Salvation Army) And found the last thing I need for a red one! All I need now is Orange...every color in the rainbow! LOL

the dark purple one is the kewlest....I love the center vase, it is really dark purple...had an FTD sticker on it. Oh yeah, it didn't flood and I finished them just in time for the sun to come out. LOL

What I *think* is... that you really HAVE IT! Both the totem talent and the totem addiction! LOL Very nice totems, I love them all.

I've never had the nerve to glue more than one or two layers at a time as had one slip one time and it was a little crooked. Not all that noticeable but I knew. I also don't do mine when it rains as had some condensation occur then. It's pouring here now and I have all that glass... hmmm, maybe I'll give it another try.
