Luna took the words right out of my mouth!! A very pretty gift & the seed wrapped so nicely!! If you are in any spring craft fairs I would think they would sell well that is so attractive. But ata Fair you would need to come up with a cheaper stand. Copper will be very nice for your mom but in lot of places it gets stolen. Won't you need something to screw into??? or is that something hanging down that can slip into a pipe. Just galvanized pipe painted would be cheaper I think. It would last for many years!! Jan

Hi Mickie!.....I used the same cups and saucers for my birdfeeders, lol! My sister gave me what was left of a set of her dishes,they had flowers in the center, and I used them for mosaics, and used the cups and saucers on spindles for birdfeeders. I was lazy and just glued my cup/saucer to the spindle, and dug a hole in the ground and stuck it in. But, I could pull it out to clean it, since it left a nice square hole in the ground.
I bet your mom just LOVED it! What a sweet gift :D

Mom loved the feeder. I glued a copper pipe cap on the bottom of the saucer...(answering Sunny Ca) That way she can easily take it off the pipe to clean it. But it is still tight enough to hold it tightly.

That is very cute! But be careful with water freezing in it; Mine always seem to crack and break if standing water in them freezes! Very disappointing! So just be careful! But still VERY cute!
