It does depend somewhat on the species of the lizard but most will eat any insect it can catch and slugs would be one of those. There are a few lizards species, I understand, that are very selective about their diet.

over here we have a lizard of the skink family called a blue tongue lizard for obvious reasons it eats those snails with a shell the garden pest type not sure about slugs though? but a slug is only a snail without a shell hey?
