Try doing a search on "flask" or "flasking", there should be several topics on this forum regarding proper germination techniques.

Maybe its me but I get the feeling that these are not orchid seeds. If they are, then AMAIPMTHTST the answer has to be "if you have to ask..."

This is not an orchid but a member of the Fabaceae. I believe that you need to score the seeds in order for them to germinate. you can do this by scratching them with a nail file. Then pot them in standard potting soil and leave in a moist warm spot. Just in case, try another forum or Google the name.
