Why do you make a distinction between organic and 'pesticide foods'? Are you under the impression that organic farms aren't using pesticides?

This bill is in committee. As I've said before, calling your lawmaker and ululating falsehoods while fluttering your hands isn't going to do anything to fix what needs to be fixed in this bill. Something needs to be done to scale the burden of paperwork to the size of the grower, and an amendment is easily done.
