feeding medicated food in low temps?

I think I know the answer but wanted to be sure. We had been up in the 70s for over 10 days and I had just begun to feed my fish. We have dropped down to below freezing at night and only 40 and 50s during the day. I have backed off feeding and gave them some peas. I should get my medicated food tomorrow. Should I feed them now or wait till it warms up again? Also I could not get the Tricide Neo to disolve. Do I need to warm the distilled water up to disolve it before bringing it to pond water temps? Thanks!
