Your "My page" information indicates your are in Iran. The World Federation of Rose Societies does not list anything In the Mid East so this advice is based on warm climate rose growing..
If your roses grow year round with no winter dormancy. pruning back during the slower growing times of the year will promote more and larger blooms. Because modern roses bloom best on new growth, pruning will promote that growth, especially as spring approaches. Pruning once a year blooming roses will remove the bloom so they should not be pruned until after they bloom.
Not pruning can result in tall leggy plants with smaller
blooms. Better to prune during cooler weather, short daylight, and slow bloom cycles.
If that means removing the beautiful flowers, that's a decision you'll have to make. I'd prune now and enjoy more and better flowers later.

What part of Iran do live in? Are you in the South or by the Caspian sea? The reason I am asking is because most of Iran was and is extremely cold this year. If you are in warmer areas and did not have anything below 0 degree Cel. then, go ahead and prune in the next month and half before Eid. You can have a beautiful bouquet indoors.
But if your winter has been cold, wait, more cold weather may come. I thing mid Farvardin may be good time to prune. Make sure to remove the old foliage too.

I was also wondering what sorts of roses Lina is growing.
Photos I've seen of roses in Iran now seem to be moderns, but there WERE Old Roses there, in the early 20th Century.
