My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

They Come Right Out of the Water to Eat!

I don't remember them doing this last year. Must be because they are bigger, but they come right out of the water to eat. Sometimes I think they are going to pull up a chair and sit down at the table with us!!! LOL
