I use one to keep track of my own trades, because I am part of more than two forums, I have to ahve a column to indicate to me whcih forum the trader is from. My spread sheet consists of (in order from left to right): screen name, forum initials, address, what I am expecting, what I needed to send to them, and the last column has a few cells highlited to help me remember my colouring key (I high lite my cells to identify what I've sent, what I've received, what I need to send out, and thanked. I don't delet any of the info even after the trade is over, just in case we work out another trade. Just though you'd like to hear my input.
