I would be patient. The new growth looks fine and that's what matters. I bet they will be just fine.

They almost look like they were frozen. I would cut off those damaged leaves and replant them covering almost all the main stem to just below the healthy leaves.

Generally ones in the flats look a bit "leggy" that can be caused by too much heat for the available light during the day and too warm at night. Notice the seedlings on the lower shelf, (in the jiffy things) how they are skinny and leaning...

Also I see drops of water on the tomato plants, try bottom watering. I see you have a rubbermaid container in there. The lids are great for bottom watering.

Pinch off the dead and dying leaves from the tomatoes, when you transplant them plant them so deep that the dirt is just below the good leaves. The stem grows roots that way, gives you a really good tomato plant.

Try putting an oscilating fan on the shelf below your cordless drill. Seedlings grow with thicker, stronger stems if they are wind blown.

some of those tomato plants looked like mine from last year when it got below 25 degrees in April and had frost in my GH. I had to trim off the bad parts and repot.

see i was thinking that myabe they got froze, that's what my canna's and banana's looked like when they froze!!! and my castor bean plants. :'(( dang freezes!!! ok i know it sounds stupid, but talk to them...alot. and they will do just great!! your breath will be great for them and their oxygen will be great for you. and the vibration is great!!! LOL talla, my 5yr old. talks to my plants all the time, i have to tell her not so much some times, LOL sometimes they grow tooo darned fast!!! LOL :'))

1. too cold an environment for tomatoes (they are tropical)
2. Probably not enough lite and not enough hrs of sunlite.
3. HF are not going to keep anything warm w/ 4mm
4. you need a thermometer to know how cold it is insideat nite. Humidity levels?
5. If it's cold out bring them inside and put them under lites. At least at nite.
6. I see a lot of plastic on the inside..less lite
