I have glass and window sashes... HELP!

Hi! I usually hang out in the Garden Junk forum but I came here for the experts' advice.

First, What's HFGH?

Second, we were negotiating on a house with acreage so I got quite a few large sheets of commercial grade 1/4" thick plate glass (for FREE!) to make a green house there. The deal fell through. Our dear neighbor here in suburbia offered to let us build it on her property. We would like to make it with PT wood and have it so that it can be disassembled and moved when we do find a house with some space. It would have to be esthetically pleasing here in the 'burbs too.

I realize that here in central Ohio we will need a knee wall and a way to vent it in the summer. What else would you all recommend?

Oh, Yeah. I have quite a few old wood framed sashes from double hung windows. We considered cutting the heavy stuff and using it to make 'double pane' windows with the wood mullions on the inside.

What about a "foundation" could it just sit on level ground? Maybe use dry laid pavers for a floor? We could anchor it with rebar driven into the ground and attatched to the main frame members. That has worked for my satellite dish gazebo.

Thanks for your help! Can't wait to see what you all come up with.

~~Mimi
