VDB got a sport a couple years ago. It looks pretty similar to Variogotta di Bologna Rouge, bred by Mike Lowe in some pictures on HelpMeFind. In other pictures theirs looks more pink. It's also called Huntington Brocade. I told my granddaughter to name it. She called it Chelsea, after her friend.
Well, David Austin has got a Chelsea now, so if it blooms this year, we'll have to think of something else. The original striped rose seems to be slowly disappearing.
