#1 Atlas cedar (Cedrus atlantica)
#2 is a Cupressus/cypress - not sure the species; or, it's a possibility it's Chamaecyparis pisifera var. filifera (false-cypress)
#3 (berries) don't know.

I agree the first (two trees on either side of the first photo) are true cedars, Cedrus atlantica -- not all trees with needles and cones are "pines" :-)

For the other two trees it would be beneficial to have closer shots of the foliage - they are a bit too far away and indistinct to make an accurate identification.

The third tree isn't that big of a deal, but I'll try to go take closer pics today.

I tried to research and research last night. I found out that my previous searches weren't helping because I was searching for "PINE" tree's and finally I realized that I THOUGHT these other two might be CEDAR tree's. HOORAY! Mystery solved! Now to figure out how to keep weird people out of the yard when they decide they want to break off my branches and steal these little "pinecone" thingies?

I'll also try to post another picture of the "cyprus" tree...I love this tree, it's so cute and reminds me of a tree from a Doctor Seuss book.

The droopy tree might be some kind of juniper. Mexican Drooping Juniper is the only one I'm familiar with, but its probably not that as I have only seen them in the wild in Tx. Perhaps some type of juniper from Asia.
A closer picture of bark, leaves, and any fruit would help.

The tree with the red berries reminds me of one of the hollies, such as Ilex cassine. A better picture is required for identification purposes.

You don't need to call the cones "little pinecone thingies'....just cones.

Do those weird people pole vault that fence?

I'd expect the drooping one to be a juniper also, can't tell from this distance. But definitely not a Sawara cypress. In another whole tree shot I see what resembles a silverleaf oak.
