Do the draperies open or are they simply decorative? My room has two separate windows and I was thinking of just doing panels on each side.

Thanks for asking! These draperies are stationary, so just decorative in this room. Many times we choose decorative, stationary panels paired with roller shades or woven wood shades...it's definitely up to your preferences.
