Rose leaf veins are yellow

I have two double knockouts and both have leaves that are turning yellow. First the leaves get a little yellow. Then the veins turn yellow. Next the whole leaf turns yellow and dies. I had my soil tested several weeks ago and it was fine. The leaves are at the bottom of the plant and moving upwards. The roses are not next to each other, but are in the same bed. We have had alot of rain. It has rained for 5 days and looks like more rain today. Could the rain cause this or is the lack of minerals. They came from the same company. Could they have a disease? They have grow very quickly and produce a lot of blooms. The blooms are smaller than they should be, but before the rain we had 100's temperatures. I can't post a picture, because I do not have a digital camera. Any help would be greatly appreicated.

Thanks

Ann C.
