Why would you want to? No offense, but those trees are complete garbage, they are also terribly invasive. It is illegal to sell them in Florida, not sure about other states.

Well no offence to you,but i sell alot of the berries on ebay and we all love them. Great decor. Not to eat! P.S.They are not garbage! Thank you for reply!

This being a commercial site you would make use of it by buying ad space etc. They do not want anyone promoting their businesses without compensating them in some way. Contact iVillage for details.

I don't know where you live, but in the Deep South, tallow trees are SO invasive that they replace natives, thus destroying the native plants that wildlife uses and needs to survive.
It's hard for me to believe that people could actually buy these seeds - I pull up the seedlings all the time. Hopefully, none of your customers live around here!

    Tallowberrieman,

    A) you posted on the tree forum about selling berries/seeds - most of the members would assume that means planting and growing trees from them.

    B) there is a warning (at the bottom of the page on the general list of forums in the instructions?) about using this forum for commercial purposes - it seems you didn't see that or are ignoring it.

    C) the trees are stated to be garbage - which they are - not the berries.

    D) you say only that you want to sell the berries, not for what purpose.

    E) I am sure there are markets for your berries, but this isn't one of them. I am sorry if your feelings were hurt, but I think you need to realize you posted the wrong thing in the wrong place. Please go elsewhere...., and I wish you all the luck in the world selling tallow berries as decoration - elsewhere, and as Misssherry says, to other people than those who like trees in the South.

I am sorry if I came off as rude, but I hate Tallow trees with a passion. They are literally ruining the forests along the gulf coast. I have spent countless hours of back breaking work clearing them from my property, and I still pull what seems to be thousands of seedlings. All one needs to do is drive along I-10 through Louisiana and they can see what this tree has done to the wetlands there. If someone wants the berries for decoration, more power to them. I just hope when they're done they will put them in the trash and not throw them on the ground.

You are very right, they are every where. I hated them also till i started making money on them. Unlike this year due to Ike the berries help us have a nice Christmas. I had one question here and someone told me where to sell them,i took your advice.Thank you!
