Where to find Pandan plant in Toronto?

Does anyone know where I can find a live pandan plant in Toronto?
Mom would like to grow this indoors so she can have the ingredient fresh for use.

I've found it online at Amazon.com but it is $7.99 + $6 USD shipping. (I have a relative I can ship to in the U.S.).

Are these plants relatively expensive? If it is more than $20, I can buy on Amazon, but if it is cheaper, I would rather buy it in store and save the hassle of a trip to Buffalo for pick up.
