My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

How do I sow this type of seed

Linked below for pics of the seed heads.

I tried just a light sprinkling of vermiculite on top but haven't got anything after 2 weeks. I only have a few seeds left from this and really, really want them to work :)
