Billbergia. It is probably a hybrid, with B. nutans in the gene pool.

Just visited this line today for the first ime in months, and guess what? Mine is blooming right now, and have just learned that it is Queens Tears. (check google) I am going to "plant" a shoot of mine in a palm tree frong, and see how it turns out.

Try going to the FCBS site or googling Billbergia 'Windii', and see if that looks a little more like it. It's a hybrid of B. nutans and has similar form and coloration, but bigger and more pendant.
