Pachypodium and Adenia - when will they sprout?

Last fall, I planted Adenium Obessun, Pachpodium Geayi, P. Hororbense, and P. Sofiense in a covered container and kept moist. Got 3 sproute that didn't make it, although I got 3 sprouts that had spindly growth, which I assumed was due to lack of light. One survived till mid January, when I think it succumbed to dryness. But I have 2 'left over' green above the surface.

When checking, I found seeds under the surface that never sprouted.

I used two more Pachy seeds in its own separate pot and planted them January 2, covered, etc and still nothing.

I started a third tray - Carnegia Gigantea, Ferocactus Harrare, Lithops, and Pachypodium Simpsonii.

The saguaros and lithops have sprouted - the feros, not yet and of course, no pachys either.

All are in a South window, its been mostly sunny, but in a cool room (60 - 65F). Is heat, the length of day, time of year, the issue?

I vowed not to give up on my original fall plantings until about May or June.

Thanks in advance.
