this is second pics, actually I already moved it to this smaller pot and make the rootball exposed again to the air and put it back to the coffee table next to glass door in my apartment. I don't think this is too much water, it looks dry on the yellow leaves...is it stressed out because I moved it with too much sun? I thought echeveria like fuller sun...or maybe because I never water it thoroughly because of traumatic with all the leaves drops and rotten before? when it gonna grow new rossettes on the stem>? I read it will grow new rossettes head on the stem, is it true??

should I water it or just let it be...??

please advise soon...help...i dont want to lose this again

It looks healthy. I would water then drain it. Echeverias are easy and forgiving plants that require regular watering, bright lights and average soil fertility

but now I give you another closer pic, it is not allright, it is wrinkled like this 3 of those, before its nice color and hard leaves, this one hard but wrinkled and yellow. should i water it thoroughly?

Considering the time of year, your plant isn't looking bad at all. Mine looks a far sight worse (old lower leaves are dried up and gone) but then I haven't given it more than one or two sips of water since November. Our Michigan winter sun is too rare and dim to be of much use, and being by a window it can get quite chilly. So rather than risk root rot I go the arid route. I know it will recover without a problem.

Oh and they do indeed like lots of sun. Mine sits on my SE unshaded balcony all summer. That means it bakes in the sun from around 8am to around 2pm. Gets a lot more water then but definitely likes the intense sun.
