It is custom. Made of four solid walnut planks and mounted on a custom bronze base.

The lights are Tom Dixon. Try Y-lighting online ( they might have all sizes) and if they don't purchase them at Scott + Cooner in Dallas, TX. They have all sizes and the full line from Tom Dixon.
