That particular one has unfortunately been discontinued, but it is a Kohler K-5980 Sutton utility sink.

I was fortunate enough to find this exact sink only with even more amazing hardware for just $90 on Craigslist - gotta love that site :)

There is probably blocking in the wall between the studs to support the weight, and it’s mounted to the blocking. We did this in our kitchen for a repro cast iron sink with drainboard.
