What are these 2 cacti?

As you can see, the one on the left has tons of blooms, as it does this time every year. The one on the right has never had even 1 bud. They are outside all summer long on my porch, no direct sun, and by the time I bring them in, in October, the left one is covered, the right one...nothing.

What is the differences, besides the leaves?

The one with the buds is a Christmas cactus,the other is a Easter cactus

Actually, the one on the left would be more accurately identified as a Thanksgiving Cactus, (Schlumbergera truncata.)

You are right. I was looking at pictures of Christmas cactus and then they all looked the same. Sorry for the mixup.

Thanks! Is there a different way you have to treat it to get blooms? Is is one of the ones you have to put in the dark, maybe?
