Pinus cembra is at home in the higher Alps in Europe and lower in Siberia. They were found sometimes over 2000 meters, more than a mile high.

Very interesting Zsolt,but a young grafts on standart don't show the true form.
I'm happy to show some aged plants.

Thank you for posting all the pictures of these wonderful plants. I have a friend that always says "I never met a Pinus cembra cultivar that I didn't like". This true for all these beauties. I hope they will make there way to my garden some day.
