I had one yesterday that was partly streaked also, also a darker one, though two colors of petals, and had assumed it was the cold nights and the rainnnnnnnnn! The weather keeps up this year the re-bloomers won't have enough heat to get the rebloom before Nov. Also noticed it had been pinched at the tip of the bud and took longer to get opened all the way.

We have had cold nights, not so hot days, lots and lots of rain and too many slugs. Also could be some thrip damage. All of this caused by or at least made worse by the weather. I have lots of daylilies that look splotchy like that.
