How wide is this bathroom? and where is the toilet placed? I love how this looks and i have a long narrow room but don't want the toilet in an awkward spot.

It's impossible to tell from the angle of this photo. The toilet could be by the tub or in a separate water closet all together. I suspect that this room is wider than it appear here. With that said, your best bet to lay out a long, narrow bath is to go to a profession bath designer and have him or her advise you on how to best use the space you have.
