I really like the Mount Herman one!! Is it floriferous? OOOh, those are really cute little (turkeys? )

Black Fathom Depths--is the eye really that blue? I know my camera tends to cast more bluish cast in early morning. Wonderful backgrounds on your shots, particularly Mount Herman. I like visitor pics--as long as they aren't deer (I know how traumatic that can be).

What a great group of blooms. I'm glad to see another photo of Feminist Bookstore and can't wait for mine to bloom.

Love the photo of Mount Herman Morning Beauty. I just added that one last year and this reminds me I need to see if I'll get any blooms this year.

Beautiful Cindy! Such nice clear colors! BFD is one of my lovliest. It would be in my top 10 that had to be in my garden. You will like it even more next year, and it is an instant rebloomer for me, and a repeat instant rebloomer. don't you love the way the center looks as if it is lit from within? Guess we can easily see my favorite today.

But you have so many beauties: Mount Herman Morning Beauty, is a beauty. And I love Feminist Bookstore, Kalahari Jewel, Enchanting Esmerelda, Joah Derifield, and Lavender Heartthrob. the turkey photos are beautiful in a different way. What an enjoyable post.

Are those Turkeys? Are there woods in the back of you were they live? I didn't get any further than the clump of Black Fathom Depths before I just KNEW what my favorite was going to be. Just STUNNING! Lots of other pretties also.

Oh,I just love that first bloom,Its gorgeous, and I also like the pictures of the turkeys, too. I rather have turkeys come to visit, then the deer coming to visit. At least the turkeys wont eat up all the flowers.

I'm happy to see your pics of Lavender Heartthrob and Joan Derified because BlueRidge sent them to me for bonuses.
I don't know if they'll bloom this season or not, so your
photos give me inspiration and hope. Thanks!

Mt. Herman Morning Beauty is stunning. My husband hunts turkeys here in NH but I'm the softie that yells to scare them off so he can't shoot them...LOL. I think they're cool and your pictures made me smile.

They all are beautiful! Every one of them is my taste in daylilies! Black Fathom Depths is impressive!
Oh, I was just thinking about Leslie Renee (I'd like to add it). What can you say about it? (I know we are different zones and all..)
    Interesting pictures with birds!

Mount Herman Morning Beauty was new last year. This year it has 3 fans and all have scapes. The bud count is 12, but I know budcount often goes up considerably--certainly not always so only time will tell.

No, Black Fathom Depths is not that blue. My camera wants to make things look bluer than they are. (It drove me crazy when I was taking pics of Siberian Iris). The eye though has a really iridescent look to it. The performance is amazing. I got it last May. This year it has 6 fans and 6 scapes. The bud count is in the 30s!

Leslie Renee is doing very well. It has increased to 3 fans and looks like it's about ready to be 4. The fans all have scapes and the bud count seems to be about 16 or 17. It is taller than registered here.

Lavender Heartthrob and Joan Derifield are both doing well here. I'm especially impressed with the scape on Joan. Lavender Heartthrob is way taller than registered. It's registered at 22" and I haven't measure, but mine is at least 10" taller than that. I prefer a tall plant with a flower that big, but I wouldn't have planted it in the front.

I love Feminist Bookstore. I think it's a beauty. Of course I am a sucker for watermarks and Curt Hanson's things usually do well here.

Hope I answered all the questions. OK now I have to get back outside. I haven't taken any pictures today!
