Excellent seedlings! I love the red and white one. It reminds me of Raspberries In Cream. What are the parents?

I like them all but the first two are mouthwatering. Lovely! They are gorgeous. How big is the first one. Looks as though it might be Candy size....Ellie

Debra, Ellie & Jean: The first one is a seedling from Ageless Beauty x Lady Betty Fretz. I did not measure the flower yet but it is around 5 inches across. The second is a cross between Victorian Lace x Seedling of(Spacecoast Starburst x Sea of Cortez). Thanks for you comments.

Beautiful seedlings - a lot of nice clear colors with pretty edges. My favorite is the VL seedling, and I really like the lavender one, too.

I'd also love to know what the parentage is to them all, especially the second from the bottom - it looks like a pretty clear white.

They are all lovely, I really can't pick a favorite. I am not familiar with a lot of daylily terminology, what does FFO mean?

I like your third seedling in the first bunch of photos - nice color, with a strong eye and dark edge, and fine ruffling. It's lovely - good work.

What a beautiful variety you have!
I can't pick a favorite either, keep going over and over and they're all beautiful!

When you say 2006 seedlings, do you mean you planted seeds in 2006 and now they are first blooming? Or did you plant them earlier? I guess what I'm asking is, how long did it take from the time you planted the seeds until they produced their first bloom?

I just planted my first seedlings from my own crosses last fall, and wonder if I will see any blooms next year.

    Thanks for sharing your beauties!

These are from seeds planted indoors in March of 2006. I find that if I get them in the garden before June I get flowers on about 90% of them the following year. If it plant later than June 1, many of them will not flower the following year. Hope this is helpful.

Yes, thanks Virgo, that is very helpful.
In fact, I'm saving this post to my clippings!
