I potted some live Jalepeno plants here in Las Vegas from Home Depot about three weeks ago and a lot of leafs are being produced but the plant is not getting much taller (about 2 feet). When flowers form, they fall off quickly. I water about twice a week. How much should I be watering and how much sun should I be giving them? It's been in the 100s to high 100s for about a week now and it's just gonna get hotter. Any advice? Should I mist the plants with water during the day? It's a really dry heat so not a lot of humidity from which I understand is good for the plant.
