Please help me ID what kind of bug is eating my peppers

After spending the whole season fighting aphids and slugs, I seem to have a new kind of infestation. Four pictures below of what almost look like precision-drilled holes on the leaves of about half of my plants. These appeared kind of suddenly about 3 days ago. Anybody have an idea what's causing this? I applied insecticidal soap but so far that hasn't done the job. Thank you.

Also, if anyone knows what's eating my plants, could you also let me know how to kill it or make it go away - thanks!

It looks like Flea Beetle damage. Keep an eye out for tiny black hopping beetles. They are very fast. The link below has a few options for control(did a quick web search). I have found nasturtiums to be a good trap crop.

Umm. Those very few holes are very small. As long as more aren't developing, don't worry about them.

Flea beetles do make very small holes but those holes typically have ragged edges.
