So...what do you actually do with fatalis?

We have 3-4 Fatalis starting to get ripe, and a whole bunch more about to blossom. What do people actually do with them? We're looking at making some orange and mango fatali chutneys and marmalades for chicken, and such. But we're yet to have a really great idea. I'm kind of stumped - it's not like you can stuff them full of cheese and pop them. What to do with these things??? Thanks!

A while back Kendra (ardnek710) posted a Fruitalli Glaze recipe you might like. I haven't tried it yet as I didn't have any Fatallis, but that's soon to change :^).

I am also looking for more ideas with this pepper. I sampled some Cajohn's Fatalii Puree at "Tears of Joy" in Austin and was instantly addicted. I bought a bottle and was debating on two. It has a little bit of a mustard taste to me, so it will go good with burgers and sandwiches. I will definately grow some once I get my hands on some seeds.
