Mary Magdalene- this rose has become my all-time favorite, she smells divine, a bloom machine with perfect flowers.

I knew I shouldn't have opened your thread! It's love at first sight with Mary Magdalene here for me. They're all spectacular, but that is just an incredibly beautiful bloom all the way around!!!

Nancy, I just love love LOVE Mary, she's absolutely beautiful to look at and smells divine! Even though she's planted next to Pat who has some blackspot, she stays clean and blooming away. Did I say I love her? lol

All your roses are simply beautiful. I'm sorry about the blackspot, Golden Celebration is still wonderful! I'll bet your garden is just glowing with colors:)

well,I love every one of them. They are all gorgeous, but, looking at your mini climber,I may have to change my plans of where I want to plant mine.I have it in a small pot right now as just got it the end of January. The looks of them canes don't much look like a mini.Guess they get a lot bigger then I thought it would. Its gorgeous tho,and I am happy I have it,just have to figure wheres my best place to put it.

Dear msjam2, even though your Golden Celebration has some blackspot, it is beautiful. I hope you keep it. I have a no-spray garden myself. If there's a little blackspot, I just ignore it. Usually, it does'nt get out of control and the bushes just keep on blooming. There are some organic blackspot sprays that I'm o.k. using. But I ususally don't spray. But Golden Celebration is a winner!

    OH MY GOODNESS !!!!!OOOOOOOOOOH !!!!!

Your roses are amazing-----I always wonder why Jean LaJ is called a mini---that rose sure looks big to me.

I love Mary-------sounds like everything I like in a rose.

Ronda, so far, Jeanne is disease free in my garden, I can't wait for her to cover that trellis, I do detect some fragrance from her.

Devon- I'm not going to get rid of GC, he's just way to pretty, Belinda's dream on the other hand..... I can't stand her balling every time.

    Thank you all!

I must have Mary Magdalane. I too am in N Tx. Where did you get Mary? I SPed only one rose this spring. It was Belindas Dream. I never could figure out what all the hoopla was about with that rose. All it ever did was ball up for me.

    Your pics are gorgeous.
