Most of the hotels there are at exit 62 or 61. Is it a big event up that way?

This is the 6th Citrus Expo and it moves around.. Its been as far north as Virginia Beach and Tifton is as far South as the event has been held. Its mainly for dooryard citrus growers who enjoy the hobby and the delicious fruit!

I went and it was great. It'll be in Charleston, SC next year which is still within viable range for me to go. The speakers were good and the fruit show too. Got a lot of good photos.

How is the development of a seedless Changsha "orange" coming along, the experiments with the mutated seeds there at Tifton?

I got the answer on the citrus forum. Apparently they have some encouraging initial results with seedlessness, or nearly so, on good tasting cold hardy citrus. I'm more than ready to try some.

Take a look at the photo I posted in Citrus. That's his fruit.
