My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

The elusive Indigo Bunting I've tried to photograph for years... (one) was at my feeder this morning. I'm thrilled.

    Congratulations, Dax! Such a beautiful bird, the male anyway. I once drove myself almost crazy trying to decide if some little brown birds I saw were female Indigo Buntings that arrived the same time as a bright blue male.
