Need help finding a Design-Build firm in Ga

I have a large project that I will be doing..2 houses and 2 large garages, but I need a firm that comes highly recommended and listens to what I need done and how it needs to be done and I'm just getting confused with all this. I have alot going on with this and really need someone who very good! Also, I'm currently looking at property it is better to find the land first or to get the plans for the houses and garages done first?
Any advice at all would be greatly appreciated!!

I would find the land first as it can affect the style and features of the home. GA has some very active home builder associations. You can look on their websites for listings. You can also look at the NAHB.org website and search for someone in your area. Also, you can go up to the Houzz search bar, enter design/build, select professionals and add your location and it will list some for your area. Good luck.
