I like the way you've shown the kids bath-- that makes a lot of sense to me for sharing. But for the master, I'd rather have corner windows in my bathroom than have the closet there. Even if you have close neighbors or a view you don't like on that corner, you could do obscure glass. But then, it's January, and I like all the light I can get!

You could reverse the layout with the closet, as lori said, and put in windows over the tub. That would be lovely.

I'd move everything in the master around. I'd put the tub in the corner where the toilet is. I would put the closet where the tub is. I would add windows for sure. Also try to fit a small closet in (we have a shallow closet in room with toilet. It's perfect and takes very little space. It's directly in front of toilet).

I'd switch the kids' sink/closet so I window could be added above the mirror if the ceilings are high enough. Let some natural light in. Also, it seems like the closet doors would need to be closed in order to pass through the space. That might be tough. Can the door to the tub/toilet shift over so the closet doors can open against a wall? ie they can be left open without being in the way.
